Home Made Hit Show Episode 3

Post by tonyoci » Sat Dec 10, 2005 2:41 am

Getting this done was a nightmare, malfunctioning software, accidently deleted files, badly recorded audio, mistyped links. My fingers ache. My parts are not as good but I think the music is better.

As always please critique all aspects of the show.

Also it would be nice if you could review the music.

Howard there is a low res version on the page.

thanks

None of the trauma you hint at comes through at all. V professional.

Great choice of songs. Great to hear Zoetrope up there with his balalaika!

Also enjoyed the Iain Bolton (aka The Dogs Bollocks!) Hendrix/Kravitzlove child.

Looking forward to next week.

Chf

ps Ferret's hallaleujah....splendid!

Great show, except for the slump during my song. Tear It Down was a tough song to follow.
Another pro job, I don't know how you find the time to do this. It's a great listen.

Thanks for the lo-fi Tony. Says it will take about 37 minutes to download tonight. That's within specs. Cheers.

Rick,

I'll have to wait until tomorrow when it's daylight - my connection runs on sundial time...

Tony,

Another hit hit show! Thanks for the lo-fi version. Plays real nice here.

Hey Tony,

Haven't been around so I'm a bit late on this... it's really neat! What a unique idea. I'm downloading the others now to listen on my MP3 player, perfect length for a walk to work.

You should move to radio production! Although, I guess once you get paid for it, it wouldn't be as fun...

Matt :)

Hey...if Howard's got the egg timer, what's Radiofreesrini gonna do for a rhythm section?

I feel an evil idea coming on - how about a Christmas present thread? To kick it off:

Radiofreesrini – a rhythm section
Howard – a connection to the electricity grid so he can cook eggs using his new egg timer
Tony – a vacation
Ferret – a copy of “Not Fade Away” by Bo Diddley?

It started good, but getting better each time! Very good show, I'm really surprised by how much good music there is out there. And it's nice to have someone else picking it for me. :^:
