Help appreciated to clarify how to overdub imported wav file

Postby mcp » Thu Apr 04, 2013 10:35 pm

Help appreciated!
I have been using HN4 for 1 week.
I have pre-recorded audio multi tracks on a Yamaha PSR910 keyboard, converted the files to wav, and exported them to a new project in the HN4.
I now want to have my vocalist sing to, and overdub the saved tracks. My object is to make a demo CD, and mp3 files.
My problem is no sound from my saved pre-records when trying to record in MTR mode?
I am sure it is something simple I am missing....but what????
And most times when I try to load and play the song in MTR I come up with a Karaoke record page?
Can anyone give me a blow by blow description of what I should be doing.
Your help would be very much appreciated.
Thankyou
MCP
