H6 wave file not seen

Post by h1new » Sat Jan 27, 2018 3:26 am

Hi, I juts bought H6. after recording 2 sample files (WAV file), I was able to play them on H6. However, when I connect H6 to my computer as a SD card reader, I could not find the WAVE file. My computer recognize the H6 as a USB drive, I can see a folder symbol, but that folder has no name. If click on it, it opens to another folder inside without name, too. If I continue to click on it, it goes to next same folder endlessly. So it's one folder opening into another folder, never ends and never see a actual file.

What's wrong?

found the reason, the card was not formatted in H6 before the use!
