R24 - SD Card Issue

Unable to format or read sd cards
Get an error
I tried all 6 that I have and bought a few with no change.

I understand this device is sensitive to sd cards.

Is there a way to format them on the computer?

We might can better advise you with more information. What error messages are you getting? Has the R24 ever worked? If it use to work can it read a project from a card you used in the past? Does the R24 work with the SD card that shipped with the R24? Did you purchase the R24 new or used? The more information you provide the better we can help you!

Bought it used and it did not come with the original sd card.
If I lock the card it see's it as being locked.
Device powers up fine.
