I’m a new member, hi guys!
Anyone already installed Mojave and tested it with the R24?

Thanks a lot!

Welcome to the forum.

So far it looks like you will be the first to experience how the R24 works with Mojave. Two thoughts come to mind: "Gulp" :!: and as stated by the most wise actor, Clint Eastwood, "Do you feel lucky? Well, do you?!" :noway:

I assume Mojave is the newest Apple computer operating system. :type: I'm just having some fun at your expense. Please do not be offended.

Once again, welcome to the forum. I hope you will soon receive a valid response to your query or you will consider sharing your experience using the R24 with Mojave. :^:

Thank you Jim! I'm gonna wait a little, Mojave has a lot of interesting new features (not related with music) but I'm obviously afraid about the compatibility with my R24. To be honest, in many years I never had problems with new "minor" releases (that means not 9 to 10 or 10 to 11, in this case is 10.13 to 10.14). Anyway I'm with you, I will wait for someone braver than me!

My pleasure....I'd guess that the R24 might be the least of your problems...I'd say Mojave would be more likely to break your DAW software than the Zoom.

Apparently High Sierra is already removed from the App Store...which seems like undue haste to me. It should be common sense to make a Time Machine backup of your current existing OS before doing any update to Mojave...or even better, just hold off for a few more months.

You can see that, in the links above, for many manufacturers, they are not rushing to embrace and endorse Mojave for their products (hardware and software)....so clearly caution is advised for the current moment

My DAW is Logic, so I presume it's going to work with Mojave. Anyway I'm not in a hurry, also with High Sierra I waited two or three month before upgrading. I also don't think the R24 is going to give problems but as you say it's better to hold on for the moment!
