Since no documentation is on-line for it, I can't check specifications...
If it can export 16-bit/44.1kHz (Audio CD standard) WAV files, you should be able to import those. Project files I expect will be totally unusable.

Re: Using MRS-802 files on my R8
Hi Chris and welcome to the forum!
The MRS digital recorder series, including the MRS-802, stores audio files in a proprietary Zoom file format, ZAF, which stands for Zoom Audio File.
Zoom offers a computer program that converts audio files from ZAF to WAV or WAV to ZAF. The program is still available on the bottom of the Zoom N-A or Zoom-Japan MRS-802 webpage. One problem with the Zoom program is a different computer program is needed for each digital recorder.
Forum member codekidde wrote a universal program that works with all the Zoom MRS digital recorders as well as the PS recorder series. That program is available here: http://www.philchris.co.uk/guitarweb/zoom_converter.htm
Zoom N-A MRS-802 webpage: https://www.zoom-na.com/products/produc ... 2#overview
As noted above, once the MRS-802 audio files are converted to WAV files then you be able to import them into the Zoom R8.
