I don't like having to give all my details to download this :( . Something I found useful is the soundcraft guide to mixing, now also available as a series of youtube videos https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... 9E71C443FE . Focused on hardware mixers of course but a lot of it applies equally to software as it uses the same channel strip interface.
