I’m switching gears to something a little harder.

Interesting storyline in the lyrics. I like it.

The music is a bit muffled and jumbled together, with plenty of reverb, but in a good way, like a garage band. I am a fan of reverb myself.

I love the lead guitar work. Excellent.

Good one Glenn.

Thanks for listening Sean. I wanted it to have that garage band sound. This board sure is quiet now a days. Glenn

I enjoyed listening to it. What were you using to generate the bass? It has a unique sound. Definitely got that garage band vibe.

Jim,
thanks for listening. The bass is a Fender Jazz straight into the R24. No effects except some reverb added post-recording.

My apologies Glenn. I know I haven't been here a lot recently but somehow I missed this.

I like the song. Quirky lyrics and a rough and ready feel about it.

Perhaps too rough and ready though as the vocals are lost which is a pity as the lyrics are great and the performance is good but I'd love to hear them up in the mix.

Cheers

Dick

Sounds like a good tune. Well written & performed but I do have to say it sounds kind of rough, especially in the vocals. It's too far back in the mix and has way too much verb, but that may be what you're trying to achieve for artistic purposes. Either way, I like the tune.
