Mercy, mercy, mercy - cover - A2->H5

Post by greenA2 » Sat Jul 23, 2016 4:49 pm

Thought I'd record myself while practicing. I can hear the pedal noise gate, and the drums are from the rhythm function of Zoom A2 pedal.

Very nice playing. Throw the vocals on top and you've got a complete recording. Everything sounds clear. Good recording.

Sounds like a work-in-progress. Great so far.

Thank you for your kind words. I think of it as a demo, maybe I should find a singer!

It definitely has potential, but sounds like a work in progress. I wonder if this would be a better fit for the "backstage forum" as that one is for demos etc. Than again no ones looked at that forum in 9 months.

I can only echo the others.

Nicely done but now needs some development.

Cheers

Thank you Dick and Lungfruit, I'll try and submit a more fully fleshed effort next time. Hopefully it won't take me another 2 years :)

Pretty good playing. I tried to sing along but my brain dropped most of the lyric a good while back. Was that you yelling shut-up or was one of the neighbors?

Thank you, I think I reshaped the melody a bit in my brain so singing along might no longer work!
