Elmer,
Very creative piece. The video itself is pretty cool. Overall I like the recording. The sparse piano arrangement fits the topic. I was wishing for that to be a little more in the mix. Is that an effect on your voice to make it sound so "dry" or is that how you sound naturally? It's almost like you have a lot of compression on it. Anyway, nice work. Glenn

I like this. The music reminds me of the Doors style.
Interesting and well done video. Did you do all of the video capture/editing yourself?

You certainly ramp up the intensity in your videos.

Nicely done video and a fine performance just on the edge of demented ;)

Classy work Elmer.

Cheers

Cool idea, I think the sound quality is better and more consistent than previous recordings of yours. I'd find a way to deal with the pops when singing words starting from p. What's the organ like keyboard in the intro?

Hey guys, thanks so much for taking a listen! There's a lot of good music to listen to here so I appreciate it.

I make films and only do music when there's a filmic reason. All production and post is me.
@Lungfruit — not sure bout the dry sound, I guess it's me, me and me going thru a Tram TR-50 to the 4n. Could there be a digital reason?
@greenA2 — the organ is on garageband, fiddled with sound a bit, then I played on computer keyboard and trackpad.

Cheers!

Good work. Neat song and neat video. I couldn't put my finger on it until I read V's comments - yes, The Doors!
