On my MS100-BT, I was able to take one of the synth presets and make a resonance filter sweep, then bring up the dry signal so that it would sound a little bit like a tanpoura. It wasn't really a preset, but just using the synth in a way to get that descending overtones sound. I think that, along with using some graphic EQ and some palm-muting might be a good starting point for something like an oud.
